Lodges and Caravans

All of our accommodations are well-equipped, cosy, comfortable and self-contained. There are four lodges, Helvellyn and Newlands, and two caravans, Grasmere and Scarfell Pike

The modern large mobile homes are fully glazed with gas central heating with two bedrooms including a full size double bed and single beds in a separate bedrooms. Bed linen is provided for all beds, with the two bedrooms made up ready for your arrival (and, if required, bedding for the fold down double settee bed are also provided in the Grasmere.) The fully equipped kitchens have a large full-size fridge and freezer, oven, four burner hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and the Newlands and Grasmere both have dishwashers. Both lodges have a toilet/shower with heated towel rail and the Monaco has an ensuite shower room and an additional separate bathroom with bath.

Both lodges have large walk-in wardrobes.

All accommodations are fully equipped with flat screen TVs with Freeview, in a very spacious lounge and dining area with a fire. A spacious balcony provides an ideal area for sitting and relaxing outdoors.

All accommodation has excellent mobile phone reception.

Sleeps four. One double room and one twin room with full-size single beds.

Grasmere

40ft x 12ft

Sleeps five. One double room with ensuite shower room, one single bedroom with one full size single bed, a fold out double bed settee in the lounge.

Blencathra

37ft x 12ft

Sleeps four. One double bedroom  and one twin bedroom with two single beds (narrower width).
