About Us
Welcome to Natland Caravan Park.
Natland Caravan Park is an exclusive site with two privately owned lodges and four caravans set in a beautiful tranquil countryside location on the edge of the stunning Lake District, designated as an area of outstanding beauty and World Heritage National Park. Our park is very secluded and tranquil, to induce relaxation and winding down, with open views across the countryside with stunning sunsets. Our park is a small family-run business which is personally maintained to a high standard for our guests to enjoy.
The lovely village of Natland is a short walk away with a post office, church and corner shop. The market town of Kendal is just 3 miles away with banks, numerous shops, pubs, coffee shops, restaurants, antique shops and local entertainment. The railway station and Kendal bus terminus provide excellent transport connections and a large supermarket and Leisure centre are all nearby. The park location is an ideal base for walking, cycling and touring the Lake District with its beautiful lakes and historic market towns including Windermere, Ulverston, Coniston and Keswick. The location also provides easy access to the Yorkshire Dales National Park.
Our aim is that a holiday at Natland Caravan Park will allow you to take time out and relax. When we visited the caravan park for the first time we knew that we had found a gem in this beautiful countryside location and we would like to share that experience with our guests.
How to Find Us
- Leave M6 at Junction 36.
- Head Northwest on A590 and continue along the A591 towards Kendal (2.0 mile)
- Use the left lane to take the A6 slip road to South Kendal (0.1 miles)
- Continue onto A6 (0.3 miles)
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto Milnthorpe Rd/A6 (1.0 miles)
- Turn right onto Romney Rd (0.2 miles)
- At the roundabout, take the 3rd exit onto Natland Rd (1.5 miles)
- Continue through Natland village, past Larkrigg riding school on your right and past The Appletree School, until you reach a fork in the road with a signpost for Stainton, take this left turn.
- Natland Caravan Park is immediately on your left through a metal gate and up a short gravel driveway.
